This expansion project required approximately 26,000m2 of warehouse and office to be completed within a six month time phase. This objective required building consent plans to be completed within this time as well as all construction. Cooperation by all members enabled completion on time and on budget. The total 35,000 square metres are operated by Heinz-Wattie in Hastings New Zealand.
